CHARISMA | Comfort Rise, Classic Fit
A classic waist with a higher back rise for comfort. Trim thighs eliminate excess fabric. Offered in extended sizes (up to a 46” waist).

COOL | Mid-Rise, Tapered Leg
A classic waist with a higher back rise for the most comfortable fit. Trim thighs eliminate the extra material and excess fabric. The leg is tapered from the knee down.

COURAGE | Mid-Rise, Straight Leg
A mid rise and a slightly tapered leg from the knee down, a great fit for the man seeking a contemporary straight leg.

NAPLES | Mid-Rise, Flat Front Straight Leg
A modern flat-front chino with a comfort rise and classic straight-leg fit. This mid-rise trouser has a sleek fitted thigh with a straight cut from the knee down. 

NEVADA | Mid-Rise Shorts

How should I care for my 34 Heritage items? 

Wash with like colours, as darker washes may bleed into lighter items. Turn jeans inside out to preserve the colour and use a gentle cycle, cold water and a mild detergent like The Laundress Denim Wash or Woolite.

Lay flat or hang to dry. Do not put denim in the dryer, as the tumbling action causes shrinkage in cottons while the heat breaks down fibers, especially those added for stretch. If you must use a dryer, use the lowest heat cycle for as little time as possible.


What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express, PayPal, Google Pay and Apple Pay.

 When will my credit card be charged?

Your credit card will be charged once your order has shipped. Once you have placed your order, we will provide you with a confirmation number on the order confirmation page. You will also immediately receive an email with your order details and confirmation that your order has been received. We will send you another email once your order has been shipped and we have charged your credit card. 

How do I change or cancel my order? 

To cancel or change an order you recently placed, contact Customer Service as soon as possible. We can be reached by calling 1-844-500-3434 or by email at

We will make every effort to accommodate your request. However, because our system is designed to fulfil orders very quickly, we cannot cancel or change an order once it has entered the shipping process. 

Can I place an order over the phone?

We are happy to accept your order over the phone. Please call us at 1-844-500-3434 during our weekday office hours of 9 AM to 5 PM PST and we will be happy to assist you. 

Do you offer price adjustments?

If your previously purchased merchandise is marked down within 7 days of the original order date, we will process a one-time price adjustment for the difference. To request a price adjustment, send an email to and include your order number, full name and billing address in the email.

Do you offer gift cards?

Yes we do! We offer electronic gift cards that are delivered by email. Visit our e-gift cards page for more information.


We offer free standard shipping on all orders and returns.

How can I track my order? 

Once you have placed an order, you can check its status at any time by logging into your account and going to your Order History page. Here you will be able to see your full order history and your UPS tracking number.

Once your order has shipped, you can check the shipment progress of it by checking your Order History, or by referring to the shipment confirmation email you received and clicking on the UPS tracking number. It may take up to 1 business day from the time your order is placed for your tracking number to be activated on the UPS website.

When will my order ship? 

Orders placed Monday to Friday before 12 PM PST will ship the same day, orders placed after 12 PM PST will ship the following day. Orders placed on weekends and holidays will ship the next business day. 

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Upon shipment, please allow 2-7 business days in transit to arrive at your door. Not fast enough? We offer expedited and express shipping quoted at checkout. 

Please note: During sale and holiday period, order packing and processing time may increase due to high order volumes. 

What shipping options are available? 

We offer free standard shipping on all orders and returns. Most orders are shipped via UPS, however, orders shipped to some remote locations are shipped via Canada Post.

We offer the following shipping options:

Standard: Free, 5 to 7 business days
Expedited: $15, 2 to 3 business days
Express: $22, 1 to 2 business days

Orders shipped via the express and expedited shipping options must be placed Monday through Friday by 12 PM PST to be shipped the same day. Orders placed after 12 PM PST, and on weekends and holidays will ship the next business day.

Can I ship my order to a PO box?

At this time we are unable to ship to P.O. boxes. Please provide a street address that we can ship to.

Can I ship my order to multiple addresses?

You may only ship to one address per order. Please place separate orders for items that require shipping to more than one location.

Do you charge duties?

We do not charge international duties. We ship from within Canada to Canadian addresses only. Goods and services taxes applied to orders are based on the shipping address provided. 


What is the return policy?


If you are not 100% happy with your purchase, you can return your items for a full refund provided the following: 

  • The return is requested within 14 days of the date the order was received
  • The returned item(s) have not been washed, worn or damaged and all original tags must be attached

If your return does not meet the conditions listed above, the package will be sent back to you. Shipping charges for express and expedited will only be refunded if your order arrived damaged or the wrong item(s) were shipped. 

Merchandise purchased from other retailers, including department stores or speciality stores, must be returned to the store from which it was originally purchased, and is subject to the return policy of the originating retailer. 

How long will it take to process my return?

Your return will be processed within 10-15 business days from the time UPS receives your returned items. All refunds will be made in the original form of payment. Once your refund has been processed, we will send you an email confirmation.

How do I return my order?

To initiate a return, visit our Returns Center. You will need your order number and the email address you placed your order with. 

(1) Press the START MY RETURN button on the Returns Center page. You will be prompted to enter your order number and email address. 

(2) Select the items from your order that you will be returning and select a return reason for each of these items. 

(3) Select 'Full Refund' as the return method.

(4) Place the items you are returning to us in the original order box and seal it with tape.

(5) You will be emailed a UPS return shipping label in PDF format. Please print this label and attach it to your order box over top of the original shipping label. Take note of the tracking number on the shipping label if you would like to track your order back to us. 

(6) Drop the package off at any UPS location or schedule a package pickup with them online.

Do you allow exchanges?

We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we suggest you place a new order and return the item(s) you have for a full refund.
