Charisma | Comfort Rise, Classic Fit - A classic waist with a higher back rise for comfort. Trim thighs eliminate excess fabric. Offered in extended sizes (up to a 46” waist).
Courage | Mid-Rise, Straight Leg - A mid-rise and a slightly tapered leg from the knee down, a great fit for the man seeking a contemporary straight leg.
Naples | Mid-Rise, Flat Front Straight Leg - A modern flat-front chino with a comfort rise and classic straight-leg fit. This mid-rise trouser has a sleek fitted thigh with a straight cut from the knee down.
Cool | Mid-Rise, Slim Leg - Designed with a comfortable mid rise and tapered leg, this fit features a slimming and sophisticated silhouette.

What is the best way to wash my jeans and pants?
Wash denim and pants with like colours, as darker washes may bleed into lighter items. Turn jeans inside out to preserve the colour and use a gentle cycle, cold water and a mild detergent like The Laundress Denim Wash or Woolite.
To dry, lay flat or hang. Do not put denim and pants in the dryer, as the tumbling action causes shrinkage in cottons while the heat breaks down fibers, especially those added for stretch. If you must use a dryer, use the lowest heat cycle for as little time as possible.

When will my order ship?
All orders ship free via UPS. Orders placed Monday – Friday before 12pm PST will ship the same day, orders placed after 12pm PST will ship the following day. Orders placed on weekends and holidays will ship the next business day.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Upon shipment, please allow 2-7 business days in transit to arrive at your door.
What shipping options are available?
We offer free standard shipping on all orders and returns. Not fast enough? We offer expedited and express shipping options at checkout.
Standard: 5 to 7 business days, Free
Expedited: 2 to 3 business days, $15
Express: 1 to 2 business days, $22
Orders shipped via Expedited and Express shipping options must be placed Monday through Friday by 12 PM PST to be shipped the same day. Orders placed after 12 PM PST, and on weekends and holidays will ship the next business day.
I live outside of Canada. Can I still place an order?
Unfortunately, we are not able to ship outside of Canada.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped with UPS, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with a UPS tracking number that you can track your order with.
How do I change or cancel my order?
To cancel or change an order you recently placed, contact Customer Service as soon as possible. We can be reached by calling +1 844-500-3434 or by email at canada@34Heritage.com.
We will make every effort to accommodate your request. However, because our system is designed to fulfill orders very quickly, we cannot cancel or change an order once it has entered the shipping process.
What is the holiday return Policy
For purchases made between November 1, 2019 and December 23, 2019, we will gladly return merchandise until January 6, 2020. Items returned to our warehouse must be postmarked within this time frame. Refunds will be made in the form of original payment.
All returned merchandise must not be washed, worn or damaged and all original tags must be attached.
What is the regular return policy?
If you are not 100% happy with your purchase, you can return your items for a full refund provided the following:
1. The return is requested and posted within 14 days of the date the order was delivered
2. The returned item(s) have not been washed, worn, altered or damaged and all original tags must be attached
To initiate a return, visit our Returns Center. Return shipping is free.
We’ll process your refund when we receive your item(s) (please allow up to 7-10 business days to process your request). If your return does not meet the conditions listed above, the package will be sent back to you.
Shipping charges for Expedited and Express will only be refunded if your order arrived damaged or the wrong item(s) were shipped.
Merchandise purchased from other retailers, including department stores or specialty stores, must be returned to the store from which it was originally purchased and is subject to the return policy of the originating retailer.
eGift Cards are not refundable or transferrable.
Do you allow exchanges?
We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we suggest you place a new order and return the item(s) you have for a full refund.
